Note: We recommend leaving the US on December 28th so that your flight arrives before 3pm on December 29th – early enough to join your group for the Welcome Dinner on Day 1. Should you wish to arrive on December 28th instead, pre-trip hotel charges will be added to your final bill.

Arrival in Bali
Arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar, Bali, and transfer to your exclusive villa in Bali. Spend the evening enjoying a welcome dinner, where you can sample traditional Balinese cuisine and get to know your fellow travelers in a vibrant and festive atmosphere.

FREE DAY in Bali
It is a perfect opportunity to unwind in the luxurious comfort of your villa after the journey to Bali. Begin with a leisurely breakfast at your private villa, taking in the serene views of lush gardens or distant ocean vistas. Indulge in relaxation by the pool or treat yourself to rejuvenating spa treatments within the tranquil confines of your villa. Alternatively, explore iconic sites like Elephant Cave, Lempuyang Temple, or picturesque waterfalls. You can also opt for a visit to Ubud Market or Seminyak Market for unique souvenirs and local handcrafts. Whether you choose relaxation or adventure, this day sets the stage for an unforgettable Bali experience.
Exploring UBUD
Your guided tour will take you through the enchanting landscapes adorned with verdant rice terraces and ancient temples. Later, immerse yourself in the spiritual ambiance of Tirta Empul Temple, where you can partake in a traditional purification ritual in its holy water springs. As evening falls, join the vibrant New Year’s Eve celebrations happening throughout Seminyak. - Traveler must make a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payment of $400 at time of registration to secure a spot.
- Monthly minimum payment of $400 is required 1st of every month until paid in full to keep your reservations current.
- Final payment must be made 90 days before the trip date (October 9, 2024).
- A $250 penalty will be charged for any outstanding balance after the final payment date found on your invoice.
