We bring together like-minded professional women to explore exciting destinations, experience new cultures, and create lasting connections. Whether you’re a first-time solo traveler or a seasoned explorer, our thoughtfully curated journeys let you enjoy the freedom of traveling solo without traveling alone.
Our journeys are designed for women who love to travel, explore, connect, and experience life to the fullest. You may arrive on your own, but you won’t travel alone. You’ll be part of a small group of like-minded women, creating memories, sharing experiences, and discovering the world together.
Our journeys are built around group experiences, giving you the opportunity to explore destinations and make memories with other like-minded women. Depending on the itinerary, you’ll also have time to enjoy the destination at your own pace.
Absolutely! In fact, many women join us on their own. Solo doesn’t have to mean alone. Our journeys make it easy to meet new people, make meaningful connections, and find your travel tribe while exploring somewhere new.
We offer a mix of domestic and international destinations, from exciting getaways to unforgettable cultural experiences and adventures. New journeys are added throughout the year, so stay connected with On The Go Journeys for upcoming destinations and announcements.
We don’t just curate memorable experiences. We thoughtfully take care of the details so you can focus on enjoying the journey. Scheduled activities, ground transportation, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included, with the exception of meals on designated free days. That means less planning, greater peace of mind, and more time to enjoy the experience.

Reservations
To reserve your spot on an On The Go Journeys adventure, simply complete the booking process for your selected journey and submit the required deposit or initial payment.
Your reservation is confirmed once the required deposit or initial payment has been successfully processed.
Yes! Many of our journeys have limited availability to create a more enjoyable and personalized group experience. We encourage you to reserve early, as spots may fill quickly.
A deposit or initial payment is required to secure your reservation. Payment requirements are listed with each journey.
Yes. You may book a journey on behalf of another traveler. However, all traveler information must be accurate and complete, including the traveler’s legal name and any other information required for the booking.
Yes. Deposits are nonrefundable, and any additional refund eligibility depends on when you cancel. Please review the booking terms for your specific journey for cancellation deadlines and details.
Yes. Your reservation may be transferred to another traveler on the same trip, excluding airfare. The replacement traveler must meet all trip requirements, and any applicable vendor change fees will be the responsibility of the traveler
Flights
Airfare is included on our short, multi day trips.
You are welcome to extend your trip before or after the scheduled journey. Let On The Go Journeys know, and we can assist with arranging additional accommodations, transportation, or other travel needs. Any additional costs will be the traveler’s responsibility.
Depending on the journey and available arrangements, you may be able to extend your stay. Any additional nights, transportation, meals, activities, or other personal travel expenses outside of the included itinerary are generally the traveler’s responsibility.
Contact your airline first to address the flight disruption, then notify On The Go Journeys as soon as possible. Additional costs related to delays, cancellations, missed connections, or changes are the traveler’s responsibility. This is why we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
You will receive a recommended arrival timeframe for your journey. Travelers are responsible for arriving in time to participate in scheduled group activities. If you arrive outside the recommended timeframe, you may be responsible for arranging your own transportation
Passport
For international travel, a valid passport is generally required. Passport and entry requirements can vary based on your destination, citizenship, and itinerary. Travelers are responsible for making sure they have the appropriate documents before departure.
We recommend that your passport remain valid for at least six months beyond your scheduled return date. Always review the entry requirements for your destination before traveling.
A passport card cannot be used for most international air travel. A valid passport book is required when traveling internationally by air.
Apply as early as possible. Processing times can change, and some destinations require additional passport validity beyond your travel dates. Your passport must be received and valid before departure.
Yes. Each traveler is responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including passports, visas, identification, permits, and travel authorizations. On The Go Journeys cannot guarantee entry if required documentation is missing or invalid.
Some destinations require a visa or travel authorization based on your citizenship. On The Go Journeys will provide destination information when available, but each traveler is responsible for confirming and obtaining the documentation required for entry.
Payments
Yes! Payment plans may be available for select journeys, giving you the flexibility to spread out the cost of your adventure. Payment schedules, deadlines, and requirements vary by journey.

Late or missed payments are subject to the terms and conditions of your specific journey. Failure to maintain the required payment schedule may result in additional fees, cancellation of your reservation, or loss of your reserved spot.
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation and payment policy for your specific journey. Because travel arrangements and services are often secured in advance, some payments may be non-refundable.

Every On The Go Journeys experience is unique. Depending on your destination and selected package, your journey may include accommodations, transportation, excursions, activities, meals, airport transfers, and other group experiences.
Because inclusions vary, always review the specific itinerary and package details for your journey before booking.
Yes! Travelers will receive trip-specific information outlining important details such as scheduled activities, accommodations, transportation, meeting times, and other information you’ll need before and during your journey.
Absolutely! Many of our journeys combine planned group experiences with opportunities to explore and enjoy the destination on your own. The amount of free time will vary depending on the itinerary.
Yes. While we make every effort to follow the published itinerary, changes may occasionally be necessary due to weather, transportation schedules, supplier changes, local conditions, closures, or circumstances beyond our control.
When changes are necessary, On The Go Journeys will make reasonable adjustments while keeping the overall experience and safety of our travelers in mind.
Meal inclusions vary by journey. Some experiences may include select meals, while others may not.
Please review your specific journey itinerary and package details for information about which meals are included.
Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or food allergies as early as possible. We will communicate your needs to applicable hotels, restaurants, and other providers when possible.
However, because we work with different travel providers and destinations, specific dietary accommodations cannot always be guaranteed.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance requirements may vary depending on the journey, destination, and travel providers involved. Even when it isn’t required, we strongly recommend considering travel insurance for added protection and peace of mind.
Travel doesn’t always go according to plan. Depending on the policy you choose, travel insurance may help protect you from certain unexpected expenses related to covered trip cancellations, trip interruptions, medical emergencies, travel delays, lost baggage, and other eligible situations.
Travel insurance is generally purchased separately by the traveler unless your specific journey states that insurance is included.
If insurance is included with a particular package, the applicable coverage and terms will be provided with your trip information.
We recommend looking into travel insurance as soon as possible after making your initial trip payment.
Some policies may have time-sensitive benefits or eligibility requirements, so purchasing early gives you an opportunity to understand your coverage options before your journey begins.
Coverage depends entirely on the policy and insurance provider. Policies may offer protection for certain covered situations, but exclusions, limits, deductibles, eligibility requirements, and covered reasons vary.

We intentionally keep our journeys intimate—typically 8 to 10 women per group.
That means no crowded tour buses and no feeling like you’re just another traveler in a massive group. Our small-group approach creates space for meaningful connections, personal experiences, and unforgettable moments along the way.

Many women join our journeys without knowing anyone beforehand. That’s part of what makes the experience so special. Our intimate group setting makes it easier to meet new people, connect naturally, and potentially leave with friendships that continue long after the journey ends.

While our journeys include shared group experiences, many itineraries also provide personal or free time. You can enjoy the best of both worlds—connection when you want it and personal space when you need it.

You don’t need a travel partner to join On The Go Journeys. Our small-group experiences are designed to make solo travelers feel welcome while giving you the opportunity to explore independently with the comfort and connection of a group.
